President, CEO & Director
Dustin has been president and CEO of Anaconda Mining, a Toronto Stock Exchange listed company, since September 2010, and has been a director since November 2009. Under his guidance, Anaconda has expanded its land package ten-fold at its flag ship asset on the Ming’s Bight Peninsula in Newfoundland, acquired a second project in Newfoundland, eliminated all interest-bearing debt of the company and built a sustainable, profitable operation. Prior to joining the Anaconda team, Dustin served as CFO of Elgin Mining Inc. (formerly known as Phoenix Coal Inc., a TSX-listed resource company) where he was integral in the growth of the organization from a private enterprise to a publicly-listed company from August 2006 to November 2010; as vice-president of MHI Energy Partners (an energy-focussed private equity fund) from 2005 to 2006, and; as a Principal at New York City’s Waller Capital Corporation (a boutique investment bank focussed on mergers and acquisitions) from 1997 to 2005. Dustin was also a founding member and director of North American Limestone Corporation (a private developer and operator of limestone quarries in the United States). Dustin earned a BSBA in Accounting and International Business from Georgetown University and a MBA from the Columbia Business School. He is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the state of Kentucky.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Dufour brings an extensive background in the mining sector with a depth of experience in capital markets and finance, including debt structuring, royalty arrangements and corporate transactions, as well as strong experience with financial management and reporting, corporate governance and risk management. Most recently Mr. Dufour was Chief Financial Officer of Newmarket Gold, a TSX-listed mid-tier Australian gold producer which produced over 220,000 ounces of goldannually. Mr. Dufour was part of the team that executed the transformational merger between Newmarket Gold and Kirkland Lake Gold, creating a new 500,000+ ounce gold producer in 2017. Prior to his appointment as Chief Financial Officer at Newmarket Gold in 2015, Mr. Dufour was Chief Financial Officer of Crocodile Gold. In 2015, Mr. Dufour also led the merger between Newmarket Gold and Crocodile Gold. Mr. Dufour joined Crocodile Gold in June 2012 as Director of Finance, and was appointed Chief Financial Officer in April 2013. Mr. Dufour previously worked with Northgate Minerals Corporation as Corporate Controller, and subsequently was promoted to Group Financial Controller for Northgate’s Australian subsidiaries, until its acquisition by AuRico Gold.
Vice President – Exploration
Mr. McNeill joined Anaconda in the summer of 2014. Formerly, he served as Principal Geologist with Paladin Energy Ltd. from 2011 to 2013 and Vice President – Exploration for Aurora Energy Resources Ltd. from 2009 until 2011 where he was focused on the development of the Michelin Project in Labrador, as well as working on uranium projects in Australia and a gold project in Nevada. Prior to that, Mr. McNeill was Exploration Manager for Mega Uranium Ltd. and worked as a consultant to a variety of gold and uranium exploration companies including Rubicon Minerals Inc. and Monster Copper Ltd. Mr. McNeill has an expertise in structural controls on mineralization and project development and as an entrepreneur, developed several grass roots exploration projects, which subsequently lead to new discoveries. Mr. McNeill is a Professional Geologist registered in the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador.
Vice President – Technical Services
As the Manager of Technical Services, Gordana is directly responsible for overseeing the mining and geology departments at the Point Rousse Project in Newfoundland. In addition to a focus on delivering long- and short-term planning and geological support of the mining operation, Gordana is also heavily involved in strategic planning and expansion evaluations for the project. With a Master’s Degree in Science and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering from the Yugoslavia Faculty of Mining and Geological Engineering, combined with more than twenty years of experience in mining base metals, coal and gold, Gordana brings invaluable industry expertise to the project.
Vice President & General Manager of the Point Rousse Project
Allan Cramm is the General Manager of Anaconda’s Point Rousse Project in Baie Verte, Newfoundland and Labrador. He is responsible for permitting, construction and production. Allan has been involved in various management and supervisory roles associated with mining for the past 25 years (both open pit and underground). He has a high regard for environmental protection with some associated projects having been recognized provincially and nationally for their attention to environmental stewardship.

Mr. Timothy W. Casgrain, also known as Tim, served as the Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President at Brookfield Asset Management Inc. Mr. Casgrain serves as President of the Canada’s Sports Hall of Fame. He joined Brascan Financial Corporation (now Brookfield Asset Management Inc.) in 1976, where he held Several Senior Officer Positions, including Executive Vice President from 2001 to 2002. He Joined to the Edper Group in 1976, where he worked in a variety of positions until 2002, including the position of Executive Vice President. Mr. Casgrain served as President and Chief Executive Officer of NBS Technologies Inc., from 1988 to 1995. Since 1997, he started his career overseas as a teacher in Chad, Africa from 1969 to 1971. He started his career as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte & Touche in 1972 and served in that position until 1976. He serves as Vice Chairman at Skyservice Business Aviation Inc. Mr. Casgrain served as Chairman of Canadian Broadcasting Corp. from April 2007 to 2012. Mr. Casgrain served as the Chairman of Skyservice Investments Inc. from 1997 and has been its Vice Chairman since January 2009. Mr. Casgrain Founded Canadian Foundation for Economic Education and serves as its Chairman of the Board. He has been a Trustee of Somerset Entertainment Income Fund since March 26, 2007. He has been a Director at Anaconda Mining Inc., and Sirius XM Canada Holdings Inc since October 2013. He has been a Director of Canadian Broadcasting Corp. since April 2007. He has been a Director of Century II Holdings Inc. since May 4, 2006. He also serves as a Member of Board of Trustees at Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, Pension Plan. Mr. Casgrain served as a Director of ONEnergy (Formerly Look Communications Inc.,) from 2003 to May 2007. He served as a Director at American Lithium Minerals Inc. from May 2010 to September 27, 2010. He is a Chartered Accountant from CICA. Mr. Casgrain holds Bachelor of Arts degree from McGill University.
Mr. Lawrick is a Co-Founder of Raven Hill Partners, a Toronto-based merchant bank. Mr. Lawrick has extensive executive management experience in the mining and mineral exploration sector. Mr. Lawrick has held several positions in the private investment sector, most recently as Managing Partner of Thorsen-Fordyce Merchant Capital Inc., a private Toronto-based merchant bank focused principally on the mineral industry. Previously, he held the position of President of Colorado Minerals Inc. from its inception in October 2005 to its merger with Anaconda Corp. in April 2007. Mr. Lawrick has served as an officer and/or director of several private and public mining and mineral exploration companies, including Volta Resources Inc. (TSX listed gold exploration company), Franconia Minerals Corporation (TSX listed mineral exploration company), Brionor Resources (formerly Normabec Mining Resources Ltd TSXV mineral exploration company), and Serengeti Resources Inc (TSXV listed mineral exploration company).
Maruf Raza is a Partner at MNP LLP. Mr. Raza has over 10 years of experience in professional practice, and has specialized in providing assistance to companies in the public markets and in helping private companies become public either through direct IPOs or through reverse mergers. A significant portion of his practice is in the mining and oil and gas sectors, ranging from exploration stage to production. As one of Collins Barrows IFRS thought leaders, he has assisted a number of mining companies in the US and Canada with their IFRS convergence process. He is currently a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants’ IFRS Discussion Group and is on the Ontario Securities Commission’s Financial Reporting Advisory Committee as well as its Small Business Advisory Committee. Mr. Raza has also spoken on behalf of the Toronto Stock Exchange as part of its US road show.
Michael Byron has more than 26 years of domestic and international experience in research, field work, and senior management in gold, base metal, magmatic nickel and PGE, REEs and uranium, diamond, and gemstone exploration, spanning employment within the mineral exploration industry, government, and educational institutions. He is a professional geoscientist registered in Ontario and the Northwest Territories, and holds advanced degrees in Geology including a PhD from Carleton University of Ottawa, Ontario. Prior to Merc International Minerals, where he is currently the Chief Geologist, Dr. Byron served as Vice President of Exploration at Lake Shore Gold Corp. and Aurora Platinum Corp. where he was instrumental in advancing both companies from initial startups to successful enterprises culminating in the sale of Aurora Platinum to FNX Mining Company Inc. and the resource expansion at Lake Shore that eventually led to the development of its Timmins West Gold Mine.
Glenn Dobby is Vice-President and co-owner of Woodgrove Technologies Inc., a minerals technology firm that is focussed on the development and implementation of froth flotation equipment that significantly reduces capital expenditure and power consumption. Glenn was Senior Vice-President at MinnovEX Technologies Inc. from 1991 until its acquisition by SGS in 2005. He was an Associate Professor in the Department of Metallurgy and Materials Science at the University of Toronto from 1984 to 1991. He holds a PhD in metallurgical engineering from McGill University.
Kevin Bullock is a registered Professional Mining Engineer in the province of Ontario. Kevin was Volta Resources Inc.’s President and CEO and was the founding President and CEO of Goldcrest (a Volta predecessor company) since its inception in 2002. Kevin was instrumental in the growth of Volta from a shell company through to the ultimate sale of the company to B2Gold at the end of 2013. Kevin has over 25 years of experience, at senior levels, in mining exploration, mine development and mine operations. Throughout his career, Kevin has been involved in projects from inception through exploration to development and production.
